TLDW: The newly reinstated Joy Silk doctrine makes certain union busting strategies punishable by forgoing a vote to establish the union in the union's favor. Effectively skipping the vote and mandating participation in the collective bargaining process.

So much this. They're going to drag it out and make a case for how they didn't actually do what they blatantly did. While getting rid of every employee involved until it just goes away. Our legal system is built for them, not us.
