That's funny when Obama and Biden had no history of cutting taxes on the rich, which is the central pillar of trickle down economics.

Obama actually hiked taxes on the wealthy as part of the ACA, in addition to letting Bush's most egregious cuts expire instead of renewing them.

Biden made no major changes to tax policy, though has been pushing to increase the corporate tax rate.

Both Biden and Harris are also on record advocating for the implementation of an unrealized capital gains tax, which would be a huge step, though unlikely to be implemented without a large congressional majority. (which is unlikely)
