i don’t know what this means, but i hate you for writing it
You'll hate me too for explaining it, there's a running stereotype that white women fuck their dogs.
I didn't make it up and I don't spread such stereotypes, but that's what they meant by their above comment.
well that’s just stupid and racist.
but i appreciate the explanation and don’t hate you.
I'm inclined to agree on that lol. No problem, and I'm glad we can continue a state of hatelessness between us!
my new year’s resolution is that you and i maintain our mutual lack of hatred for each other.
There's even a song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1faGNp9xvNQ
well i do hate you…
No, “well that’s just stupid and racist. i appreciate the explanation and ~~don’t~~ hate you.”
there’s a difference between explaining something bad and promoting something bad.
That’s true. However, they did both.
Go back and reread unames, you probably have me confused for the original commenter, I only explained it I didn't make the OG comment. (I was third, it was omega cloud, to whom xor replied, to whom I replied with the explanation.)
Does engaging and explaining such stereotypes count as spreading them?
No.
Yes.
This is my first time hearing about that. Many people are extremely stupid, so it makes sense some notion like that would be idiotic racist bullshit that various losers would believe.
I've got some bad news for you...
Oh you know what I mean lmao.
Not really. I don't know what effect you thought posting the stereotype online in public was going to have other than to spread it. This is exactly and precisely what spreading it looks like, surely?
No.
You must be great at keeping secrets too!
Why shouldn't racist (or sexist, etc) comments be called out? Just because you needed to fight with someone online today to make yourself feel better? Take it somewhere else pal I'm not buying.
I have confused you during this whole conversation with @OmegaCloud who first said it. Sorry about that. Now the downvotes make sense!
Oh lmao all good, it happens!
