Are you daft? Me and multiple other people have already criticized compairing cellphones to bribing a president of the united states of America. Literally everyone in this post except for the two of you understand what's going on.

If you can't figure that out, I'm sorry. I can not help you. Im not an ELI5 machine. You should be able to understand context.
