Always blaming other people; the states that were created after the colonialism period had plenty of time, plenty of time to lay down their arms and give up any power to reform the shape of map however they felt represented each tribe best, but they haven't, have they? People are so addicted to authority but feel so guilty about wielding it, that they always need some percieved outward antagonizer in order to feel legitimized in executing that selfsame authority
