This has been celebrated as a Libertarian victory, but imo it is just a minor one. Of course it is great for him personally but it isn't really changing anything in society. From that perspective DOGE is a lot more impactful.

Good point. I guess for me, it shows Trump doing what he said he'd do. Because when I heard him promise that, I was really curious if he'd follow through. And he actually did!

sure. Guy often does what he says he will do. The "Trump-wall" was a nice example during his first term. I think he was the only one believing he would do it. Worried that this might also apply to Greenland and his most extreme tarrif statements.
