The workload is untenable man. We had a client offboard who had historic issues with the larger org.

The owner of the company that got sold rang him today in what I assume was a check to see if I'm worth the raise.

There was no chance of saving this client. First time I met the guy he straight up said "I'm not renewing"

The client was unhappy because he felt "ignored". We have weekly meetings. I action everything he asks for.

There's literally nothing else I could do.

Not good enough apparently.

Too much work, not enough time. Stress when not working. Constantly worried about work. No time to just relax.

If I get a better offer, im out. If I get the raise, I'm waiting till I've moved house then I'm out.

If I don't get the raise I'm stuck here till I move house first.
