Note that Biden's war was a prerequisite for the trade war that Trump is doing right now. The war in Ukraine severed relations between Russia and Europe. If that hadn't happened, then Europeans would've most likely got further integrated with the east as a response to the tariffs that are coming. Now, they're basically stuck without any good options.
