I get hung up about things for a little while, usually to a couple of hours to a day or so depending on the severity.

I wish my mind could just let it go instantly so I wouldn't feel like crap for awhile.

You gotta ask yourself (where people are concerned) are they thinking about you as much as you're thinking about them? Probably not.

Not quite but I'll give you this advice. Start practising making quick decisions on the small stuff instead of procrastinating then when something bigger comes along it becomes easier to make right decisions. Once that decision is done, it's done, move onto something else.
