You seem pretty triggered mate - maybe have a lie down? I’ve never been particularly bothered by playing a white or black protagonist. Sometimes I play video games with protagonists who are frogs or lizard people. Video games are fun, and I don’t really get upset by video games that aren’t for me - otherwise the yearly FIFA/2K releases would probably get really difficult to make it through.
Something funny I was thinking about you mentioned earlier - you know people were having all kinds of interpretation of Cloud’s cross dressing scene way before the remake came out? If you try pretty hard, you can actually go on the Golden Saucer date with Barrett in the OG (This is how I can tell you aren’t a real gamer by the way - complaining about FF7 without knowing Jack shit.) But yeah, I’m pretty sure I saw hundreds of Cloud crossdressing doujin back in the early oughts lol.
