I've been reading "How to Make Yourself Miserable, a Vital Training Manual" and I am pleased to report I do hardly anything in that book.
As a positive self affirming confidence boosting exercise I'm going to tick all the things listed I don't do. Which is like 95%. π I can work on the others.
What a great title for a book. I reckon I donβt need to read it though, Iβve probably actioned the full list at various point in my life!
Edit: Also congrats on being awesome at self care!
