When people are just miserable enough to not have energy to do anything esle but survive, but not miserable enough to have nothing to lose, they can't self-organise for shit, and that's a very exploitative human characteristic.

That is true, and that is why American people have to act now, it only gets worse from now. See Nazi Germany with Hitler as a warning!
