Searching lemmyverse.net yields the following:

Both communities are actively moderated, but lemdro.id has much more activity. I think consolidating towards lemdro.id would be the best option in this case.

If I view their account on their home instance, they do have more posts and comments which have not all federated my instance. They aren't quite as empty as I thought at first glance.
