What does it do?
Extends what you can do with the scripting system by adding new functions and ways of getting output from the game.
What Bethesda should have done in the first place, if the last 5 or 6 "[bethsoft game] Script Extender" iterations are anything to go by.
SFSE is a tool that adds additional scripting capabilities and functionality to the game.
