Yeah but now the voice says hes been picked up by ice and they are sending them off and don't care about his citizenship or due process.

Quite a few countries in Europe have just stopped short of telling their citizens not to go to the US anymore. ICE are going to utterly destroy US tourism, an industry worth about 3 trillion a year, because they keep detaining people from first world countries who definitely don't want to sneak into the US. They detained a British national a few weeks ago who was trying to enter Canada, she was actively leaving.
