I don't know how else to describe it. I'll start vaping, there's like 20-30 minutes of comeup, 5-30 minutes of euphoria, then everything just feels dull? like hazy and blah. If I vape less, there's less of the 'blah' feeling, but then reality feels harsh and stark.

i get the same thing with edibles generally, 1h comeup, 30-60 minutes of bliss, then 2-3 hrs of gray

anyone experience this; any help?

Weed distillate and live resin vapes get you high, but they don’t get you HIGH. At least that’s been my experience. Vapes to me are all head feeling but nothing body. Edibles are the opposite, good body high, but not much of a head high. My favorite is smoking flower. Best of both worlds! I do want to try a dry herb vape.

The temp at which op is vaping almost certainly plays a role in this experience.

I find short heady highs with lower temps. When you kick the temp up it loosens some of the heavier 'noids that add to the body feel. This can happen with the same flower or trates in 2 different devices, or temps.

I recommend op try pushing temps up a bit to get the longer term effects they desire.

I'm a dry herb vape mfg who has spent a lot of time observing this phenomenon :)

It's also worth noting for op, vape high, smoke high, and eddie high are all different. Eddies metabolize into a stronger, more psychoactive substance than vaping or smoking. With smoking, part of your experience is the toxins you just inhaled. With vaping, you're only getting the noids, which is why some folks don't feel as messed up from vaping, initially. It's a change. But it's better in the long run. Cleaner, longer lasting effects when done right.
