Decided to clean out the bottom shelf of the pantry - we rarely use it.
Guess where the little flies were coming from ππ never leaving tea in there ever, EVER AGAIN.
Cleaned out now and sprayed in there, and wiped down the front so the cat doesn't get sick.
I'm HORRIFIED, everything has been chucked.
Edit: to be VERY CLEAR: I am not a filthy person! I'm messy, but not filthy. That has NEVER happened to me before πππ
The last paragraph π
I just had to add that disclaimer, I do NOT live in filth! π
Hahaha all good. Believe me, my place has its moments....
Youβre not alone!
One time there was this awful smell in the kitchen that I just couldnβt find the source of. Searched everywhere, cleaned everything, still stinky. Thought maybe a rat had died under floor it was so bad.
It turned out to be a rotten potato at the back of the potato rack. Looked fine on top but was mush underneath. The smell was unholy, and it took months to get the residual smell out of the cupboard.
(Iβm also not a filthy person, but did feel pretty stupid for missing something so obvious, lol)
