Comments, posts and votes have recently not been federating outwards very well. Sometimes it goes through, but it often sits in limbo forever.
Currently having issues commenting on feddit.dk posts as well as not seeing votes update on existing comments.
Previously had issues posting on lemmy.world communities.

I found various issues with federation.

Fail to federate posts with some mastodon instances (for example masto.nobigtech.es)
Posts links with browser.pub says "No ActivityPub found"

- Good example with other lemmy instance https://browser.pub/https://chachara.club/post/3829
Some community suscriptions stay in "pending suscription" state
