I've been on the fence about going out, but now my interest is piqued further.

You still can. Just be careful.
Cool. I usually am when I take the Minipeelers out though. I tend to go out earlier in the day on weekends, which they sometimes complain about, but you avoid a lot of afternoon crowds and evening shenanigans.
