Seriously though, what's the move if the president ignores the courts? A regular citizen would be arrested. Who could arrest the president? I suppose impeachment is how the constitution defines the process by which a president should be removed, but can cops arrest him? Like 50 guys from the FBI forcing their way in?

Time to organize for real.
This one is sticky because he is from El Salvador originally. So since he is there you can't force the government to release their own citizen. Now the trump admin is refusing to request him back and pretending they don't have to. But if they did actually try and El Salvador said no they wouldn't have any real options.
Judiciary has never had the power to actually compel compliance, because none of the enforcement agencies are under their purview.
