Misogyny is talked about a lot more than it used to, but then there's the Andrew Tates of the world getting more popular. Are things better, worse or the same overall?

There’s definitely less in construction than it used to be. It’s still there but it’s a lot less. In Alberta at least. There’s just been a loud screaming minority telling on themselves online. And everyone hates them.

It's interesting it's improving in construction cos people would often assume it would be bad there. What do you think has improved it?

I think it has a lot to do with the attitudes of the millennial generations changing the work culture. You get a lot less assholes screaming at apprentices and shit now too.
