Comments, posts and votes have recently not been federating outwards very well. Sometimes it goes through, but it often sits in limbo forever.
Currently having issues commenting on feddit.dk posts as well as not seeing votes update on existing comments.
Previously had issues posting on lemmy.world communities.

I did have to go back to anything I subscribed during this issue and unsubscribe and resubscribe which switched them from pending to joined, so definitely try that if you haven't already
