According to Google Lens:

The text on the screen, "تحمیل آتش بس به دشمن صهیونی، در پی عملیات موفق بشارت فتح," translates to "Imposing a ceasefire on the Zionist enemy, following the successful 'Beshara-e Fath' operation".
