I do understand Celsius and Fahrenheit are difficult to convert and am European.

It’s highly context senstive.

Imagine an American pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago sees this news I excruciating temperatures. He can to walk 25+KM per day. But the heat is miserable and actually dangerous. . He is sad that he has to get on a bus to see the end.

Ah okay so the image is about not finishing the pilgrimage the intended way, I see. I did not make that connection.

Oh I see it is THE pilgrimage. That's what I get for not being religious.
