Well, from the conciliatory language, here goes nothing again. This is just official confirmation of the earlier reports that Azerbaijan was sussy, and it's being downplayed.

Azerbaijan is a known Israeli collaborator in the region, and not only that, but it holds territorial disputes with Iran.

Azerbaijan also got their name from a region in Iran and use that to claim that region should actually belong to Azerbaijan.
