Whats evil about free parking?
It implies that you should pay to park the car you had no choice but to drive due to lack of any credible infrastructure. In the US at least.
I mean maybe. I didn't make it, just conjecture.
thats how i took it, too. their "generosity" of making something we are forced to use "free" (even though a lot of laws mandate that parking)
Makes sense to me!
