I cringe so hard every time I see people doing all these erratic, jerky kettleball routines
Kettlebell swings are a perfectly safe exercise as long as you spend some time to work on your form. That said, I also don't understand why the ever living fuck you'd do one hundred reps for? There is no fucking way you're maintaining form for all one hundred of those consecutively.
