You can put 2 questions in one poll: both required but with "prefer not to answer" as an option:

What is your gender identity?
- Cis (non-trans)
- Trans
- Non-binary / Genderfluid / Agender / Questioning / etc.
- Closeted
- Prefer not to answer
What is your sexuality?
- Straight
- Lesbian / Gay / Bisexual / Ace / Queer / Questioning etc.
- Closeted
- Prefer not to answer

Any objections? Is this confusing/non-inclusive?

Edit: as with any poll involving these topics, you never know if you've missed any options (even if "etc." is available) so it’s best to get a sample of the LGBT+ community & general population and ask them if they have objections.

okay now try the mobile version, I was looking for it for 30 minutes and all the other buttons did was add more choices

This is great but I wanna say genderfluids and non-binaries can be trans too! And when you separate the categories, you mean to say trans and trans non-binary. I personally keep them together.
