[BUG] New posts don't correctly show uploaded time. (lemmy.world)

When new posts are made, the uploaded time just shows "NOW" instead of the correct time. It seems to take a few hours before it properly updates again.

This might be the same issue. I'm in GMT+10 and any new post always show "10h"
