Since bussy is short for "boy pussy" and they are not a boy, I would say "yes."

I think it can also be considered a portmanteau of "back pussy" or "butt pussy" so I took it that way. Also, since it's a pretty queer term I'm okay with it, but I can see how some people might be offended by it.
