Anywhere with public access college radio.
College radio stations. For example, 90.7 WFUV.
ETA: I also like public radio, such as WNYC 93.9.

Every time I get in a car without Bluetooth or an aux and have to listen to the radio, I'm quickly reminded that I'd actually prefer to listen to road noise than ads and turn it off.
