Personally I just befriended the cyber security girl who monitors traffic. Told her the other day that I forgot my earbuds and she unblocked YouTube so I could use my work headset for lofi hip-hop beats to study/relax to. She made sure Reddit was unblocked for me too. I figure if I bake her some cookies or fresh bread she might let me install hearthstone next.
Now if you marry her, imagine all the sites you can access and games you can download! It's the next logical step, honestly
The downside is She’ll block hornhub in his home.

We only block security threats. If people wanna fuck off and do nothing all day, that's an HR problem. ;)
Not to mention, isn’t it likely that YouTube would have work related content or might be helpful for work also.
