Would it be okay to host FossCAD on lemm.ee? (lemmy.world)

Hello! I'm a member of the FossCAD community and was wondering if it would be okay to host c/Fosscad here on lemm.ee. Fosscad@lemmy.world was recently removed as the admin wasnt comfortable hosting printed arms content.

This potential Fosscad community would be about discussing the safe and technologically interesting art of printing of guns and other arms. A practice that is legal in the United States for most citizens.

I just wanted to ask first, since I can definitely understand that its a potentially touchy subject even if completely legal.

Agree w@cacheson@kbin.social. Midwest.social sits at the conflux of many communities that would be interested in fosscad.
