After doing some research, the reporter for this story doesn't have any proof. She claims that some soldiers told her this.

Better to wait for proof backed news before believing anything from Israel.

I am not finding the foreign press that actually confirmed the story. It's all just reporting on testimony and military intelligence, or reporting on reporting.
