Pain is when you work in a coffee shop and you have to listen to people all day long pronounce it wrong

I'm stuck with people pronouncing general tso wrong

They pronounce it general tee-so

One customer also pronounced it as general T.S.O

I feel your pain. I had a regular buying a Caramel shortbread every morning and keep referring to it as Caramel shortcut...

I swear customers are just weird npcs intentionally trying to make your life harder lol
