Grip tape? There's a ton online you could order, or hit up your local hardware store. May kinds are designed for outdoor ramp/stair use.

So many crazy ideas in this thread. This is the obvious solution.
That and reinforcing the railing, thing looks flimsy af.
This is what I was about to suggest. Grip tape the crap out of it.
This is what we do often in practice.
Still, id caution op that even a good grip tape won't do much good if the ramp gets iced over. Definitely take the advice to firm up the railing and make sure someone can't slide under the rail if they do slip (strongly recommend abiding by the 4inch sphere rule). We also sometimes specify grooved wood treads (for stairs), but even those can get snow packed in and get slippery. Any solution will require op being diligent with clearing it of snow and ice.
But without a proper railing, this is just begging for a broken leg (then you'll really need the ramp)
