Red crown and throat of Anna's Hummingbird, Rufous colored sides. Taking a break from sipping Bird of Paradise nectar, crown and throat coloration was obvious while feeding.

I'm not an expert either. Color on throat and head was quite red, not as orange as Rufous or Allen's, also color crown more typical for Anna's but the color on sides throws me.

Either way, was nice watching it flit from flower to flower and then take a little break.
