No worries. I will send you the link. It's actually surprisingly easy. You either need a matrix instance yourself or ask a matrix instance to install "mautrix-discord" https://github.com/mautrix/discord for you. You can then log in with your discord account and tadaa, done. It's easy as pie. Tchncs.de does this afaik.
If you want to self host, you need to set up a whole matrix installation first. You need a publicly available computer to set this up and pull a docker image of synapse and mautrix discord. The configuration is very advanced stuff so if you have done stuff like this before, you'll figure it out but if not, maybe ask your instance to do it for you.
