I cannot reach it in any way. I thought it was down but it seems the problem could be on my side. I wonder if my ISP blocked it.

Huh me too but not through a VPN. You use AdGuard Home too? Maybe it got added to a block list.

I have pi-hole but disabling it did nothing, haven't tried VPN though.
