Just a general thread about running. How's your running going? What are you training for? Did you get new shoes? Sporting an injury Etc....

After a trail run over the weekend with just the sounds of a forest in the rain for company, I'm back in the city back on the streets with my 150bpm playlist.

Hard this morning, but I maintain that this song is the best running song of all time - makes me feel like I'm in a montage.
