That sounds kinda gross to be honest, but hey different strokes for different folks I guess.
Don't take it personally I'm Asexual and sex-repulsed.
It's part of a general joke about appending -ussy to more and more nonsensical things, implying that one is viewing this thing in a sexual context. Turning to a friend after watching Godzilla and saying 'yeah I'd love to get some of that Godzussy' is immediately funny. The pizussy is just another example of that.
