No voice chat. Clunky. Harder to get noobs who barely know how to use Discord. Even in my school community, apparently it's difficult for them to navigate through channels and stuff.

discord is just as hard to use in the beginning, and other matrix clients are far simpler/less clunky

do you mean element.io (the web client for MatrixChat) or something else?
