In BC, flu shots have historically only been free for those with health issues, those who live with them, and I guess the elderly probably. BC always left working ages adults with no recorded health issues out to dry as far as I can tell.

There is no way this is true NOW.
When I grew up in the 90s this was the case, I lived in a household with a chronically ill parent and was told this by healthcare providers. Thatโs why I used the word historically, but obviously I should have been more clear.
