I hate how the is no common theme for the new icons.. They're all good, dont get me wrong, but the icon theme should be the same across all of their distros, not a random mix-mash... Just feels like an unprofessional move..
When I was doing the voting I felt the same way. There is no cohesion in the branding. It’s just a hot mess. I say this as an OpenSuSe user and advocate more or less these days
Yup same here, daily drive tumbleweed..
They should have gone with a common design for all the logos. I main tumbleweed and I think this is dumb and confusing to potential newcomers to openSUSE's distros.
From the article it seems like they’re doing what Mozilla did with all their logos a while ago, they are just getting a sense of what people prefer with the survey, but in the End SUSE will be deciding what the new logos will be.
