Looks like the end of league of legends on Linux. Hopefully with the growing popularity we see some support in the future.

How? Fewer games means fewer people interested in Linux for gaming. Everyone has their one game, and I imagine that's LoL for a lot of people.

I don't like it, but I really prefer that it work than not.

It's a win because the core mechanics of LoL (and MOBA's in general) cause toxic interactions

I'm totally fine with toxic people using Linux, we already have a bunch of toxic elitists anyway.

More Linux users means Linux as a platform is more attractive, so we'll get more companies supporting Linux the more people use it.

Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the toxic refuse from MP games. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!

I'll take the lot.
