Shit tier article. No mention of OS.
Just assume Windows.
Which means no ability to suspend games.
But it comes with Cortana, and key loggers, and ads!
There will be a dedicated copilot button instead of a start button.
hibernation csn perfectly suspend games and bring them back. I have a ton of windows handhelds, no issues

It's not the article's fault, the full details of the device will be announced at CES. It's almost definitely Windows though.
On a side-note, I wouldn't be surprised if it's supported by Bazzite early on.
