Unfortunately for you the PBS link supports the other poster and disproves the headline. There is in fact NO oil coming from Russia to the United States.

If you'd be bothered to read your own link you'd learn that places like India are buying Russian crude, mixing it with crude from other places, then refining it into Gasoline and Diesel fuels. Countries like India are then selling those refined products, which are partially made with Russian Crude, and THAT is what's being imported to the United States...along with a whole bunch of European Countries.

The headline is so misleading that dismissing it as fake is perfectly rational.
