As a Canadian I'm not entirely sure what region it is that "punches horses" but it got a chuckle out of me.

You can instantly tell it's Newcastle without knowing the exact point on the map, because it's the same place that is "shirtless"

Back in 2013 - there's video of it.

The horse was fine and died at the age of 21 after a pleasant retirement.
