you go in the coffin next to shrek in by the sea and boom genderswapped. in elden ring spoilers you just look in the mirror to do it in the bedroom of the lady gathering hugs for a dragon.

The nature of your being has changed...

They have this in DS3 also, but it only changes the animations not your model. Can't remember if DS2's was the exact same or if it changed your model... Been a while since I played.
