She looks subtly different
It smoothed her skin and shallowed her wrinkles. Also, it removed a blemish entirely from her lip.
It changed the eyes shape subtly too, as well as slightly reducing and changing the size of her nose. It also seem to have removed what I assume is a mole or beauty mark from her nose.
